My ill mother had an appointment on 2/1 at 8:15am, it was made at the beginning of Jan 2023. She has cancer and is actively going through chemo and is on oxygen, so getting around is a challenge. She made it to her appointment on time, was waiting to be seen and the office called her the same day at 8:11am, FOUR MINUTES before her appointment time, saying they're rescheduling to March 7th. She asked if she could see a different doctor because she was already there and they just said they "can't do that." She waited a month for her appointment, had it canceled with no noticed and now is being told to wait another month. Extremely unprofessional.
