Just had a 16 week ultrasound today and went in excited and left super irritated. I asked for sonogram pictures to be sent to my email which they usually do but the one who did my ultrasound was rude, said she already sent me some pictures that you couldn't really see much in which is weird because I seen what she seen on her screen and there was plenty of good views to be taken. Lauren Scullen was the one who ruined this experience for me. I feel like the girl learning behind her was nicer. If I get her again I'm going to straight up tell her I want someone else. And I'll tell her exactly why as well. Expecting mothers are already nervous and excited so no need for the negative energy that came with her. 0/10 do not recommend her at all to do any ultrasounds.

We started coming to this site for the outpatient lab for our 3 year old son. He has to get monthly labs and the phlebotomists here are all remarkable! The front desk staff on the other hand is not. We walked in and stood in line and everyone working a desk looked at us and continued to call other people. Not one person decided to take 2 seconds to tell us the line for labs was at a different location. Our son waited for 45 minutes for labs, even after his name was taken off the board for 10 minutes. The front desk staff was just chatting about face cream and acted annoyed we had even asked. We are stuck going to this outpatient lab because they are close by and incredible at pediatrics, but the front desk staff needs to be re-trained. They refuse to allow our son's transplant hosptial to fax orders for labs and we are unable to make a lab appointment even with a MyChart account because we don't have providers through Cleveland Clinic. So if you have a kiddo, this is a great lab, but expect to wait an hour because the front desk staff can't be bothered to do anything in a timely manner.

Dr. Zia is very knowledgeable, and she cares about her patients. They have a huge waiting area, with plenty of seating, the staff are very friendly , and they have rest rooms, and a pharmacy there too.

Went in for a mammogram. I already don't want to be here, but the Pro-booby docs keep pushing it. The tech made me feel like I was doing everything wrong, my fault my breasts are dense, it's only ten minutes of pain she said. It took everything out of me not to walk out. I am in charge of MY care. It's not my fault these machines literally suck. I said my skin is being stretched by my ribs, it hurts. Didn't try to adjust my position. It's YOUR job to make me feel comfortable and if you can't, then you need to learn from an experienced tech. Stay away from here. Also, the lab is all the way in the far back of the building so if you have issues walking I suggest you get care elsewhere or ask for a wheelchair if they offer those. The parking lot is congested. Almost got hit trying to leave.

This is for radiology specifically. I wish I could give 0 stars. I need a simple X ray. I've been here for 90 minutes and I'm still waiting. They've taken back 2 people. An X-ray takes 5 to 10 minutes. They should have taken 10-15 people. The waiting room for the entire facility is nearly empty. I may just leave and cross my fingers I don't die of pneumonia in a few weeks.
