This office is highly unprofessional, they don't answer the phone and they don't call back! We've been trying to get my mom blood pressure medication refilled for two weeks now. We once got a hold of a staff member and explained what we needed, and we didn't get a refill! A week after we got a hold of the Dr himself and explained that the refill is needed because she's been without her medication for a week now, and yet didn't get refill. On Friday I got a phone call from the office saying that they sent the refill authorization, but when I called the pharmacy, they said that they didn't get anything from them. Ever since, I've been trying to get a hold of someone from the clinic to try resolve this situation , I left multiple messages and still no response. My mom's eyes are red because of the high blood pressure, which can have negative complications on her vision, but they don't seem to care!!! I highly un recommend this clinic.

I have been under this physicians care for over 3 years and he and his staff are ALWAYS prepared, caring and proficient. The Doctor does business with my care in mind and things like payments and insurance take a back seat to his making time to see you. I would recommend this doctor to anyone including disabled veterans like myself. The care received here far exceeds anything the VA has ever provided.

I ain't deny he's an awesome doctor. But when i was near my deathbed, and my diagnosis was worse, two visits he kept falling asleep with me sitting in the room, and i was concerned about my documentation. Also this was a few years back like 2015-16, the girl that wears glasses at the front desk that takes care of checking you in, always butt it and interrupted the process when i needed to speak to a nurse.

I'm a patient here... I never have had a long wait.. Dr Sayyah is very thorough, a lot of testing... it's worth it...

The old, short nurse with short curly hair and glasses is getting high on the Doctor's supply.
