Got a text to arrive no later @11:20. Sat in the waiting room until a few minutes before noon to be reminded that technically my appt isn't until 11:45. Was told he had an emergency which has caused him be be super behind. Lady at the desk asked if I wanted to schedule or if I has time to wait I decided to wait. I was monitor my sugars and they started to drop. At this point it was 12:30 and I had no idea if I was still going to be seen mind you a ton of other patients were called back that were still being seen. didn't leave me with a good impression. I understand emergency happen but at least give us an ETA on when your doctor will be in my time is important too and I've been waiting for a while to see him
