Cleveland Clinic - Medina Hospital

I'm sitting on the 3rd floor in the Physical therapy lobby. The younger kids at the reception desk are giving me such a headache. It's not even 9 a.m and they are SOOO loud. Like annoyingly loud. Talking about other people and laughing nonstop. Not trying to be a Karen but there's a time and a place. Giving patients a headache in the lobby...no good. It's giving unprofessional and too much time on their hands.

I've always played the piano for Cleveland clinic. Now they ban me form coming on the premise. They basically told me that if you are in a medical emergency, we can we can't refuse you. Other than that you are officially banned from the premise. I have no idea what's truly doing on. And I never will. It's been two years getting to know this place. I will never understand what happened. They won't tell me. The worst part is they put a seasoned desists on me. Which means I can't even get record of what happened. I've never been treated so poorly. All I ask was for the truth. A reason to help me understand why they banned me. Never got an answer. I'm truly disappointed. It's a professional business. At least they can do is tell me the truth, especially if you're gonna treat me like a criminal. Cause I know I did nothing wrong. No way I know They won't give me a legitimate answer. Nobody in that facility will tell me exactly why. They didn't even file with the actual Medina police. Which I called them. This is all Cleveland clinic. All I get is you've been banned Without true reason. that an employee of Cleveland clinic complained And filed a report. but won't tell me why. That a Cleveland clinic employee felt uncomfortable that's it. They didn't say why. Mind you she's a barista at scenic rivers coffee shop in the main lobby of Cleveland clinic here in Medina. I bought a coffee, I paid with quarters, It was a typical conversation like any other coffee shop. View of the security of this place Basically told me she felt uncomfortable. Would not specify. Wouldn't tell me a reason. Mind you I bought a coffee paid with quarters. Maybe that was my mistake. That's all they gave me. They wouldn't even give me footage of what happened. I asked them did you review the footage you saw I paid with quarters. At the front desk, I went to work that day all of that documented. Instead, no reason. Just ban. A barista at a coffee shop told the officer that she felt uncomfortable. Basically, all I did is purchase a coffee. That was to take that I got from the security team. I'm sorry that just seems very wrong to do to a customer. A customer who comes in and tries to give and tries to volunteer and help. I am truly disappointed. I'm truly hurt.

They left me lay for 3hrs in pain while the nurses and security laughed at me for crying. These are the people who are supposed to care. Ty to officer ernie he was the only one that was nice to me. I asked for help and the security guard called the cops on me. 200% chance I would never go there again

Honestly wish I could put less that 1 star. I'm not that old, but NEVER in my 32 years of life have an EMS tech question the urgency and severity of an emergency, and then proceed to try to diagnose and dismiss it as non important. Mind you we are talking an older women with underlying health issues experiencing dizziness and shortness of breath. After trying to suggest "seasonal allergies" or a "nasal congestion" or her son could drive her, and realizing the actual seriousness of the emergency then proceeded to come out. Absolutely trash you have to prompt someone to actually do their job.

My mother had an appointment at Cleveland Clinic Medina in July for MRI and CT, her MRI was done but when it came to her CT, she drank her contrast, they stuck her four times to get an IV in (two different techs/nurses) which was unsuccessful. They then told her she would have to reschedule....the nerve of them (Cleveland Clinic as a whole) the right thing to do would have been to reschedule her at the main within a good time frame, making sure someone could place the IV, instead they had her to reschedule, marked her as a NO SHOW, did not place any notes that they had stuck her 4 times , this should have been a safety report event (IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPORTED NOT SWEPT UNDER A RUG). Her appointment was made for October 8th (two months away from her original one). I called Cleveland Clinic and got in touch with the MRI Clinical Manager, who is trying to resolve this by placing her appointment for August 19th which is a lot better especially since she has completed treatment. Working in the medical field, you don't know what patients know who and whose parent you may be treating, especially mine, since I work in the medical field, Radiology and know how things should be handled. I really would like to know that my concern is not going unnoticed and placing her as a NO SHOW MAKES HER LOOK NONCOMPLIANT. Marshelle Vales
