Was referred by PCP to this specialist for concerns. Reception staff was ok, not bad, but not really friendly, more indifferent. Doctor was good, took time to answer questions and provide next steps, but didn't really give anything concrete. Billing and admin staff - HORRIBLE. Request an estimate, ESPECIALLY if you have insurance!!! Apparently they bill everything as out-patient hospital even though you are clearly in an office, with a scheduled appointment, even if it was not a hospital visit that got you referred to them. When I ask to re-bill with the office codes (as my insurance instructed they would need after receiving an un-expected invoice for close to $500) I was told by billing "this is just the way we bill, so it will not be re-billed". When I explained that I wasn't expecting a $500 bill for a 15 minute visit I was told "we could have given you an estimate, but since you have insurance, we don't really OFFER that without being asked". Without their assistance, there was not much insurance could do to cover the cost, so it landed on me. I'll never be back here and will do everything I can to avoid using ACH network again for anything.
