The doctors and nurses are great. Dr. Williams was one of my favorite doctors. Ive been with Stark Medical for 20 years. The financial office is a nightmare. Called me 3 days prior to my appointment telling me to pay $100.00 dollars or i wont be seen. I advised what if i wont have in in 3 days and being diabetic how do I get my meds. She replied i would need to reschedule. I have and had the money. Juat being point of waiting 3 days before appointment and then demanding payment or not be see. Well showed up today and was told they cancled my appointment. The billing department canceled my appointment because they didn't think i would show over the fuss i gave about payment. So i paid my $158.00 bill in full and pulled my records. Its shame if someone was really bad off medically and financially.
