Every time I go to this ER I have a great experience. The whole staff team is very genuine. Today I took my 3 year old son and they were so patient with him, he even got to pick out a toy! It's so comforting as a mama when someone is so patient and caring to your child instead of trying to rush you in and out of the office like some er places do. there was dried up blood in the room me and my boyfriend was in that's super unsanitary especially because we don't know if the patient had viruses or bacteria. the doctor was nice but that's super unsanitary we were.

I have been here countless times and firsthand experience I can tell you they pick and choose who to prioritize with no good order. I was just there for severe pains in my abdomen after finding out I am expecting. I was there around 4pm and did not leave until around 10:30-11 pm. I had an ultrasound done and the tech told me the results would be done within the hour, so I shouldn't have to wait too long. One hour goes by, then two, nearing the third hour, I ask a nurse what is taking so long, as I had not eaten at all that day and was still in pain wondering what was wrong with me. She leaves and comes back to tell me the only doctor there at the moment was dealing with a difficult patient down the hall. I understand certain situations like that, but my results were long done, all I needed was the doctor to come in and tell me what they said. Finally, after about 3 hours of waiting for results, the doctor came in for approximately 60 seconds to basically tell me he didn't know why I am in pain and to follow up somewhere else. I was beyond frustrated and irritated that they made me wait three hours for an "I don't know" that took thirty seconds to tell me. And by the time I got out, I was starving and everything had closed by then, so I had to wait even longer to go home and cook something to eat. Don't get me wrong most of the staff were kind, but it's absolutely unnecessary to have made me sit and wait for no reason. I was so close to just getting up and leaving and telling them to call me with the results, and I SHOULD HAVE. Wasted my time. Aultman Main prioritizes pregnant women, this branch does NOT. The literal discharge paper states "The tests you had show that you are pregnant, but the exact cause of your pain isn't clear." FIRST SENTENCE! So irritating.

This review is for Aultman Medical Group Med Corp., 2606 Wales Ave NW Suite 200 Massillon Oh. 44646, Jennifer Curati. They over charge seniors for the annual wellness/physical office visit. We are allowed 1 per year at no cost including blood work which does not go against our deductible. They charged both my wife and I, 2 office visits even though we saw the nurse practitioner for around 10 minutes. They state, to address chronic conditions and establish new patients, bear in mind we had been a patient there for almost 2 years. We saw Dr. Christopher Davis, whom we liked, the previous year and was only charged 1 office visit. So in 1 year went went for seeing a real doctor and charged for 1 visit to seeing a nurse practitioner and being charged 2 visits. After many heated conversations with Aultman Central billing and Holly the office manager they removed my wife's second charge in August of this year. My office visit was several months later, mine still remains. I have filed and appeal with Medicare and requested a fraud investigation since they were mad aware of the overcharging in August of this year and have not done anything to stop the over charging. If this were not bad enough the front office staff is curt, not friendly at all and the office Manager Holly is in on the over charging, and rude as well. RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THIS PLACE.

I went this afternoon and my experience seemed very pleasant and positive the staff was nice and the doctor I had showed empathy and compassion he listened to me and told me his treatment plan. The nurse I had was very nice as well. I'm finally feeling more comfortable after the meds I was given.
