Office staff is EXCELLENT!!! Specifically, OSHA who answered the phone handled my requests for my Mother beautifully!!! Highly recommend this office!!!

The staff and Dr Bennett are so kind and helpful. They treat you like family and give you as much time as you need to discuss what is important to you.

Because they are my family, call me to see how I'm doing, they check to see if my medication is okay or if I need refills, they take care of me, I just recently had my brother sign up with the new Doctor Bennett. very helpful and I wanted a female doctor and I got a female doctor so I love them they're my family when they call me I say hello family when I'm walking in the door I tell them hello family. I wouldn't change them for anyone at all, they are thorough they check me, they ask the right questions they let me ask questions and answer my questions to my understanding so im not confused, they make sure that everything is okay. They stay on me making sure I'm taking my medication and not having any problems. I just love them

The Front Desk ladies of the Maple Heights office are phenomenal! They provide the best care & concern to my Dad & other patients. They are professional and personable. The Lyft services provided are an additional option that is valuable when I'm unable to provide transportation to my Dad's appointments & since he's visually impaired, they make sure he's safely arrives & departs accordingly. Dr Phung is his physician and provides great patience and concerns when dealing with my Dad. This location is a valuable asset for senior services. Please pass on my appreciation to the Staff.
