OhioHealth Physician Group Heart and Vascular Mansfield

The Drs are great but my complaint is this... apparently my time isn't worth anything. If you are late for an appointment there then you have to reschedule, and or possibly get charged but it's ok for the drs to be anywhere from 15-60 minutes late before they see you. It's unacceptable and it's uncalled for. They are overbooked so while they are getting wealthy from these overbooks, I am the one that pays with the wait time. I think if they are more than 15 minutes late before they come and see their patient then they should reimburse the co pay or even the visit. Emergencies are an exception and you allow for that. And I guarantee that unnecessary wait time would be resolved. My time is important at least to me, I am busy just like everyone else.

Don't waste your time! They don't call back, the staff is rude! They put you on heart medication and then just let you be, they're awful! Very unorganized, very unprofessional! No way I'd ever let Mansfield do anything that involves any type of heart procedures, they can't even get medication right!

I have tried to get ahold of someone who can lift my restrictions so I can go back to work. Called for 3 days and left voicemail's and finally gave up and went today and still waiting on them to give me an answer. Other than that they are really good people and a great staff

Don't bother trying to call if you were a patient and it's been longer than 3 years. They have rude PAs who don't know what they are talking about and claim you don't know what's been done test wise with you holding the paper with their letterhead

Highly recommend this group. I especially love the care I have gotten from Dr. Bayissa and his team.
