Mercy Health -- Lorain Vascular and Interventional Radiology

I had a video appointment with my doctor to go over my scan results. I understand doctors do run behind schedule as the end of the day nears, and I expected the doctor to be a little late to join. But after 20 minutes with no contact about the doc being behind (via text, phonecall, MyChart, etc) I called the doctor's office to make sure I was still meeting with her since I was still the only one in the appointment "room." Once it was the two of us, she answered my questions and was OK with and encouraging me to continue treatments I was starting instead of going the surgical route (which I do not want to do).

Very pleasant, attentive, caring staff thus far --- goal is to do thorough review of all areas that can/have affected circulation in order to formulate a positive plan to eradicate any existing negative or harmful circulatory concerns in patient. Compassionate care is No. 1 and most appreciated.

I'm cool on this place the fact in was on the table ready to go and the doctor cancelled on me because of my shocks . He acted like he couldn't wrap my lag now I have to live with this pain til I find another doctor. Not to mention my appointment was at 130 and they didn't call me back til after 2pm

The mri sucked because the guy was not prepared. Forgot to give me earbuds, I had to stop it like this is too loud. He couldn't find the mirror so i can see out of the scanner. Could barely walk to the car after. Huge headache He apologized at the end though and said sorry I wasn't prepared I've had a long day. I had an mri before that made me so comfortable. The guys name was Brian. This by far was the worst experience I ever had.my ears hurt too. Horrible.i hope when I get my results I have better experience
