I would like to take this opportunity to rave about the wonderful care I received as a patient here. The nurses , even though being stretched to their very core, gave me exceptional care. The techs as well also very very attentive. The nutrition was very kind and the housekeeping as well. They always started my day with a "Good Morning and how was your sleep? I recommend 100% to anyone needing emergency care with inpatient treatment to this facility!! I wish them all well and they are definitely the right people for their positions!! Worst experience ever. All the employees were rude and acted like my problems weren't worth their time. They lost my blood work and didn't even tell me I had to ask after 4 hours of sitting there. If I would have been dying I would have died. Not to mention they blew my vein out because the nurse said straight to my face she was nervous. The room was disgusting had trash on the floor, blood left sitting out on the counter for hours, needles that were used were sitting on the floor with blood in them. It was disgusting. Checked myself out after 4.5 hours and got zero resolved. Was supposed to call me with results never did and when I called they got rude with me and said they weren't going to call because that's not what they do. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT go there with an emergency because you might not make it

Overall everyone and everything was amazing! Great care. With the exception of the recovery room nurse. She asked my pain level: told her it was a 10, gave meds asked me again: told her it was a 10. She said there was no way it was still a 10. (That med doesn't work for me). Then when she was moving me to the ICU and tried placing me on the elevator, she let the elevator doors go shut on my bed. Just out of back surgery, this did not feel good at all.

I had a very pleasant experience. My nurses were amazing. The only drawback was when the food came. It was usually cold but the nurses would warm it up for me. All in all everything was what I expected. Thank you so much

Overall my husband received very good care and the staff was cordial, sensitive and caring. Dr. Oba was very approachable and kind. Taylor was a nurse he had for a couple of days and she was very helpful. April, the supervisor of nursing students was very inappropriate in a discussion she had with staff at the nurses station. She was talking about a very current emotionally charged event and espousing her viewpoint. As in all professional settings, sharing personal and political views should not be shared for all to hear. It's especially not necessary in a healing environment. The patient rooms on the 3rd floor are extremely small, needing expansion, and overall facelift. The size of the room made it difficult at times for staff to do their job if family members were also in the room. Your lobby and landscaping is beautiful but not the patient rooms where the real work happens.
