They are good doctors but doctor we deal with you set in waiting room for about 30 mins then after you get called back you sit in room for about 1hr and a half before doctor comes in for a 5 mins visit. While your waiting you hear doctors and nurses out in halls laughing and having a good time and I know for a fact it's the doctors and nurses because I've went to bathroom while waiting and they stop immediately when you walk out! (And no they are not talking other patient details they are laughing and playing around) So they know they drag their feet with patients SAD!! I have had to call for results of test to get them and my recent experiences is my loved one wore a heart monitor in January and I waited to hear from heart doctor until late March. I figured no news is good news!! NOPE I was told my Love one is in afib 95% of the time and they needed to be seen soon! First of all why didn't they call with results if they needed to see my loved one? Took 2 months and a phone call from me!!! Be prepare when you call them. You wait on the line 15 to 35 mins for a receptionist to answer. I understand they are a busy place but I know the receptionists sit right there by phone. They must go back and join in on the fun in the hall. Come on Doctors and Nurses and Receptionist stop adding stress to your patients and their family. Your patients are there for answers not a 2 hour wait past their appointment to be seen and not to spend 30 plus minutes waiting on you to answer the phone!!
