Middletown Cardiology Associates at Union Village

My husband I both see Dr. Abdullah. He's a really good doctor. He is pleasant, listens to you and never rushes you out. The nurses have always treated us with respect and are super friendly. We've had to wait sometimes but that is true in most doctor offices.

My mother is a patient here and I have to say this is the most disorganized and unhelpful medical staff. I personally would not go here and have tried to get her to leave. That being said, Dr. Brown is amazing, I am very pleased with him. The office staff is so rude, that I made a google account to be able to leave this review. She needed a cardiac clearance and they actually told her she would have to wait several months, she ended this phone call in tears. (Mind you, this clearance was to have a biopsy done) I have had it with this staff here, and will not be settling with their rudeness and lack of attention to my mother's care going forward.

I have been trying to get a refill for my father for a week and a half. Every time the pharmacy requests a refill it take several faxes and then I finally have to call. EVERY TIME! I was hung up on twice by this wonderful staff. They thought i was rude because I was venting my frustrations. As someone that has been in the medical profession for 25 years I would have never treated a patient this way. FYI docs, you are only as good as your staff and your staff needs some training!

Dr Brown has been my doc for 13 years and I just love him!! I have complete confidence in him too!! know the waiting is bad there. But I think he takes his time with you. Not pushing you through as fast as possible. I think he is the best! Don't know about the other docs there.

I only give it 2 stars because the staff and doctors are nice. They switch appointment times without telling people and are ALWAYS slow. You can get here with time to spare for your appointment and even if it's an early morning you will probably not see your doctor for at least an hour after your appointment time. Patient beware, this is an update to my previous review. Dr. Gupta is absolutely a horrible doctor. After finally getting a second opinion we learned that not only did my wife not need the loop recorder he installed under her chest that he repeatedly ignored her statements that it hurt and felt wrong, but he had put it in wrong and it has left a permanent scar on the surface of her skin due to it trying to push out. The doctor that removed it said this was done horribly wrong and was visibly upset by how bad it looks. We are NEVER going back to Dr. Gupta, he is a very disconnected doctor who frequently ignores his patient.
