Terrible office staff. Won't answer phone and refuse to return calls. Won't fill prescriptions or order tests and you can't even get in touch with them to try to resolve the problem. Medical staff is great but the office staff is painful to deal with. Good luck!
I have visited this office twice and had several test yesterday, which all showed I am ok. The staff was GREAT!!! They explained everything to me..each step each test. I had concern about one test and they assured I had nothing to worry about. The place is full with current equipment and great nurses and techs...all so knowledgeable.
The women I spoke with was so helpful and understanding I wish I rembered her name helped me with my appointment and everything I had a question about.
I like my cardiologist but the office seems disorganized.i have been trying to schedule a treatment but I can never get hold of anybody in the office. All I get is voicemail and leave a message. And most of the time I don't get any replies. Not happy at all with the service.
