I see Dr. Nawaz. Wonderful physician. He listens, doesn't rush, has a good bedside manner, but most importantly, very thorough. The office staff is knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, and professional. Great team all around.
About Dr. Raja Nawaz, MD
Raja Nawaz, MD, specializes in cardiology with an emphasis on interventional cardiology procedures. Dr Nawaz received his medical degree from Rawalpindi Medical College in Pakistan. He completed his residency at Marshall University School of Medicine, where he also completed his fellowship. He completed a second fellowship at New York Methodist Hospital. He is board\-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology. Dr Nawaz is a Diplomat of the American Society of Echocardiography and a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). In his spare time, he is an avid squash player and enjoys spending time with his family.

I took my mother here after years of her having hypertension that led to some cardiac issues.. Not only did they get her scheduled quickly for a consult.. everyone there is extremely kind. She gets very nervous at doctors and usually has a high BP reading on assessment and never has this there. Her cardiac issues have all now been treated and her BP is normal! His nurse that rooms patients is always very sweet and Dr Nawaz himself is very relaxed and has a great bedside manner. He is very smart and his plans and instructions are always very clear.. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that needs a good cardiologist!
