New person who did my blood work was unprofessional. Despite my blood work order stating my current name, my insurance having my current name, and most other places having my current name as I'm slowly but surely changing things over they would not change what my name was in the system to match even though the lab work order itself said the correct name. I was told that the insurance would have problems, it wouldn't, and that "we will just keep it as (insert my old name here) for now and I can change it the next time I come in and show them my papers then". I have already shown my paperwork and documents multiple times. I do not want to have to have to constantly carry documents for a matter that has more or less been settled by every other doctors office I have been to. And even despite this, if my name was that much of an issue, why did they even fill the order in the first place given my correct name was on the order itself. So from my perspective they were willing to fill an order with incorrect information on it but not willing to correct the information without me presenting all of my documents again. Now the emails I get also have the same wrong name on them which means I am going to have to go through this entire hellish process again. Thanks for nothing.

Ohio Health Registration - Gahanna- Normally I would not complain about a business- it's rare. I was just waiting and observed this. While at registration the new patient was told to put on a mask, he did. A heavy cloth one. Not good enough- you must wear the one that is issued by the person behind the counter. It was Not in a bag -and was handled by the person typing. (That's more sanitary? ) all the while, the registering person wore his mask pulled down around his chin. The entire registration ( which took 10 mins because the computer was acting up) there is a lady on the phone ( 2 entirely glassed up cubicles down)with either a coworker or HR person talking in a loud voice about this person being there 9 months (You have been here 9 months in a loud authoritative voice) and that their training and orientation was not rushed. Further, she was Discussing that this person was unable to accept constructive criticism, working from home and other matters. This woman droned on while there were other patients waiting to be registered. Praise in Public and Reprimand in Private and consider doing The job in front of you instead of punishing all of us while we are waiting -hearing this highly personal conversation.or take your HR call in a private place. So here is your constructive criticism of the day and it is meant in the nicest way possible and I didn't put it on social media, I just wanted you to be aware.

Every office that I've been in at this facility had always been prompt, professional, courteous, and helpful. I've had blood draws, x-rays, scans, and my primary care physician is here. I've probably been in the building about 20 times so far and have not had a bad experience. In a health care facility, that is saying something.

Friendly, clean, unfortunately a little confusing when you leave. Your told to look for the yellow signs that read checkout. "Ok that's easy enough" - when I waited to check out I was told I didn't need to checkout. "Duh, what?" Take the signs down or pay a little more attention to your patients and let them know during check in, whether or not he/she/they need to stop and checkout.
