Dr. Paul and his staff have been wonderful to me for 20 years now. I saw he had three stars, so I decided to read the comments. First he discovered I was sick when I was in my early twenties with a life threatening disease. Many young people diagnosed with my type of cancer go months seeing doctors before diagnosed . Dr. Paul found it right away. He has been amazing to me after my diagnosis and has helped me through years of anxiety caused by being diagnosed with cancer at very young age. His staff is wonderful. Stacey has always treated me with nothing but kindness and compassion. Michelle actually came out of her office to comfort me when I was having an anxiety attack and couldn't stop crying. They go above and beyond and for that reason I am taking time out of my day which I would never normally write reviews to say that they are a fabulous practice. Knowing they were down staff just like every business during covid and after, maybe some of you should have some patience and understanding.

Dr Thomas is very nice but the follow thru and communication with the office is HORRIBLE. His nurse/front desk STACEY MILLER is nasty and rude. I cant get meds refilled, no call backs from anyone. So frustrating when patient has been sick for 10months and nothing is getting resolved. Stay away. He is too busy to actually do what he says he will do

Nothing but terrible experiences here. Every phone call has me on hold for at least 10 minutes, most recently 20 minutes, despite the fact that there's never more than two people in the waiting room. The rude receptionist always acts like it's her first day working and never knows what she's doing. A nurse almost always has to pick up the phone when I'm on hold and ask if I've been helped, which I inevitably answer "no". Most recently I called to make an appointment and they had completely lost my medical records when I had been there only last year, and have been there at least half a dozen times. They acted like I had never been there before! And then they said that I had to call my doctor to get my medical records, even though they're my doctor! The time before that they had no idea if I had ever gotten my MMR or tetanus vaccine so I had to get those done. The nurses are even worse and always makes me feel uncomfortable. One of them actually asked me "what's a septoplasty" when I told them about my recent surgery, despite the fact that a quarter of a million surgeries are done annually. They never know my medical history, my recent x-rays, what medication I'm taking, or apparently even the last time I was at the location. They actually asked me "what's our address" when I said I had been there many times before, as if to quiz me. I have also never seen the doctor, it's always the nurse practitioner. Last time the receptionist angrily said "The doctor hasn't even been here in six months" as if it was my fault for asking. The nurse practitioner is the only good thing, she was helpful and competent and listened to my complaints about the rest of the staff. This alleged doctor's office has given me nothing but problems, and I am ashamed to say I had anything to do with them. They make the NOMS healthcare system, and the entire industry, look incompetent, rude, and juvenile. All I wanted was a good primary care physician and I feel uncomfortable, angry, and upset at myself for ever having gone here.

He has been my Family Doctor for many years,he takes time with you he don't rush in and out .He Explaining your diagnoses very clearly he's the best.
