I had an hour long chat with him the first time, I did exactly as I was instructed for nearly a year. But my son never had improvement. It was the exact same bowel consistency as before the Restoralax or whatever I had him on. He told me that if I email him to give him a few days to respond. I waited over a week. Nothing. I emailed again. Nothing for weeks at all. I left a voice message with my sons health card number like they asked for. Nothing. I had to call and finally got a secretary and got an appointment with him in 1 or 2 months. I told him my son isn't constipated, I told him exactly what the consistency is, and he flat out ignored what I said and told me "he's constipated" so don't arrange for my son to come in to actually see him. No, instead generalize his condition with others. Doesn't listen, don't recommend.

Dr. Misery is a very good doctor but his staff is not nice nor are they helpful! It took me three days to even get into contact with someone after leaving a message to be seen. I show up to an appointment that was scheduled for me at 8:30 only to be told he couldn't see me because he's not my pcp. Why on earth was the appointment even made then. I drove all the way from Cleveland to be seen for dizziness only to be told that he can't see me. We have to do better. If you can't have compassion for people then you shouldn't work in the health field!

I saw Dr. Mistry about 19 years ago and was so happy I went to him. He is a doctor you want your entire family to see. He and his staff genuinely care about you and will do everything possible to get you the care you need. I moved out of State and have not yet found a doctor like Dr Mistry. I miss him so much. I adore Dr Mistry. He has been my Doctor for many years now. He is pleasant and kind however when I really needed him I was surprised that he wouldn't help. This Doctor knows me very very well so I was so disappointed in him.

He is a nice man and great with kids, however, he did not help with our son's chronic constipation issue nor do a comprehensive investigation into the situation which has been happening for a year. His recommendations to use a specific drug was not useful, and when asked to look at other possible problems related, there was no further investigations.
