Dr. Kravitz is a wonderful doctor. He is kind and fully explains any test results or questions you may have.

I called to get an appointment due to an apparent lack of effectiveness of my medications resulting in two trips to the ER. The best the appointment person could do was Dec 29! And I am an established patient of Dr Kravitz! As such, I expect a better response. I like Dr Kravitz and have confidence in him but that is of no use if I cannot get an appointment when I need one.

Doctor Meeker isn't terrible, she's pretty friendly, but even then I wouldn't recommend her. Furthermore, the reception is horrible and does not respond to requests in a timely manner. For instance, I called about a month ago and left a message requesting a referral, called to follow up weeks later twice, and it still wasn't sent. Also, for flu like symptoms I had to go to Kroger's Little Clinic because Dr. Meeker's office doesn't have the equipment to run the flu/influenza test.

Dr. Kravitz takes the time to explain my cardiac needs in great detail. I have been under his care for 30 years and he has always shown sincere compassion for my health. Great guy Strongly recommend anyone with electro cardiac needs.

I had an appointment at this office today and the blonde older receptionist had the most atrocious attitude ever over me politely asking for a mask because I did not have one on me. I highly suggest she either adjust her attitude and how she approaches patients or she should just look for a whole new career altogether because she made this practice look very unprofessional. I'm sorry that me not having a mask and having to ask you for one was such an inconvenience to you that it made you feel the need to be rude and disrespectful to me in front of my significant other. Not only was I humiliated but you made me very uncomfortable, I hope you are happy with yourself Ma'am.
