Dr. Ross is amazing. He treats his patients and families with the utmost respect. He is very thorough and caring. He takes his time to make sure that his clients understand their results and to make sure they are thoroughly examined and that he has all necessary information about the patient.
Dr. Ross and Children's Hospital Troy location staff were very nice, caring and great bedside manner. I've told several people about how much time he took with my daughter. He asked a lot of questions, he answered all mine, reassured me with his knowledge that he doesn't think my daughter has a heart issue. He ordered more test and sent her home with a heart monitor for 2wks to rule out any heart issue. We really liked him. We also didn't wait very long in the waiting rm or back in the room, but it wasn't very busy. Huber Heights location, we didn't care for the Dr there or the staff. I was just told everything was normal and that she has chest wall pain. No kidding. That's why we're here. Tell me why! He at least referred us to Dr. Ross. Most of the staff and the Dr acted like it was just a job, not very caring or much bedside manner. Make the drive to Troy, it's worth it.
Dr. Ross was very caring and answered ALL concerns while treating my daughter. My daughter truly loved him and I feel he loved my daughter. He calmed and made her feel secure even when her parents and grandparents could not. I would highly recommend Dr. Ross. I wish him ALL the best!
The staff and Doctor are amazing, if anyone ever finds themselves needing a pediatric cardiologist (I pray not) but if so this is the place. Dr Ross is absolutely the most amazing
