Cynthia Dilauro Md

I asked this lady for a test for a rare neuromuscular disease which I knew I had, and she refused for over 6 months. I tested positive immediately. She delayed my treatment by 6 months. She ran a b-12 racket, where she had nearly every single person coming in get b-12 shots on a regular basis. I bet she made a lot of money. Too bad that's not a treatment for rare neuromuscular disorders. Oh, and her "medical assistant" Kate was the absolute worst. She yelled at me when I told her I needed real help. This was a super terrible experience.

Dr. Cynthia Dilauro is wonderful! I'm fairly new to her and she made me very comfortable from the first time we met. She takes her time with her patients she breaks information down without being asked and she make sure you understand what is going on. I've referred plenty of people to her because she is simply an amazing doctor.

Terribly unprofessional! Avoid this office at all costs! I had to reschedule twice bc Dr. Dilauro was running more than 2 hours behind. (2+hour behin schedule on back to back appointments!) Though I did not see her I was still charged for a patient visit and my insurance was billed twice when I rescheduled due to her running late! When I tried to reschedule on a day / time she would be running on time I was told by her staff I needed to find a new health care provider. Even if I got the first appointment of day her staff said she typically runs 1 - 1 1/2 hours behind. I noticed I was the youngest patient in waiting area (by at least 40 years) every time I went to office. Clearly her patients are extremely old and have all time to wait 1-2 hours for to see a Dr. I don't have that luxury. I am healthy with a high level career. I understand running late, but 1-2 hour late on average is extremely poor scheduling and poor time management. My time is valuable and need a doctor who is professional and respectful of my time. Clearly Dr. Cynthia Dilauro is not that type of health care professional. I will not go back and plan to find a better doctor in Cuyahoga Falls.

There is times that doc Cindy runs behind but I can talk to her about anything she was also my mom's doctor and when my mom passed away she took me on as a patient she truly helped me through a very hard time! She does listen she has always taken care of me and always been on top of things! She also sees all ages so the lady that said she only works with old ppl is so untrue and unfair! She also works with hospice patients I happen to be end of life COPD and she has been wonderful I don't care if I have to wait she's worth the wait!! She has a pure heart and is the most sincerest person ever!

Dr Cynthia does run late BUT she will spend as much time as you need to answer your question. She has treated me very professionally worth the wait
