It is my opinion that we Americans pay Mercedes-type prices for healthcare so I expect Mercedes-type service when I have a doctor's appointment. I'm pleased to write that I received that level of service from this provider today - at every step of the way. From the check-in, to the technician, to the nurse and most importantly from the physician, Dr. Kanny Grewal. The lady who checked me in for my appointment was considerate, personable and professional in every way. And before I even had the chance to get settled into my chair in the waiting room the medical tech called my name and maintained the tone and tenor set by the front desk professional. Although I did not feel it had been a long enough wait before seeing the physician to warrant it, nevertheless a nurse came to the room to state that Dr. Grewal was running a little late but would be with us shortly. And shortly thereafter there he was. I can't say enough good things about this man. He listened, he advised, he explained, he cared, he was knowledgeable, he was human and he was personable. A 5-star, Mercedes-type experience in every way!

My mother has been waiting a call back from their office since Monday to confirm if she has cardiac clearance for knee replacement. I made a call to their office yesterday and no call back. This is totally unacceptable patient care in their office not returning phone calls in a timely manner.
