*edit:Their customer care did nothing at all. Julie Warnecke the person seeing me here is SO UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL! She will not order the tests I need to get the treatment I require. She ordered some basic tests and when they didn't immediately show red flags she refused to order ANY further testing. Must be nice to sit up in your office and just deny people life saving care because YOU know better as a frickin NURSE. I need a REAL DOCTOR to see me and take care of me this woman is going to end up letting me pass away due to her lack of empathy lack of care complete cold demeanor. This is not a person that should be employed at a health care facility. No care given no concern no nothing. Get this unprofessional woman out of here!!! No one should have to tolerate this woman when their life is on the line!

What a great place. Julie Warnecke is absolutely awesome. She has done more for me today than 3 ER visits. She cares and goes above expectations. Thank you again Julie you don't know how much I appreciate you. Ohio State should be proud to have you.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE! I'm very disappointed with the way that I was treated today by "Doctor" Julie Warnecke. I've never experienced anything like this in my life! My appointment was going great until it was time for Julie to do her job, in which she didn't want to do apparently. I arrived at 2:40pm and immediately got taken to registration and the appointment went downhill from there. The first nurse did my ekg, she was very nice and professional. Then the doctor Julie Warnecke came in the room and I immediately felt uncomfortable. Her body language was very discomforting. As I was answering the questions she asked me about my symptoms she responded to my answers and told me that what I'm experiencing isn't true, and it doesn't make sense. Coming from someone who has VSD (Ventricular Septal Defect) who is experiencing these sharp chest pains, how are you going to tell me that what I'm experiencing isn't true and that it doesn't make sense? Are you not a Doctor? She made me feel like everything that I said was for nothing. She didn't take notes of anything that I said and she had a computer in front of her. She attempted to check my pulse through my cardigan and when I pulled cardigan up so she could check my pulse that's on my wrist she said " I got what I needed" After telling her that l have the chest pains and shortness of breath every single day, during the day and also while in my sleep, she said that the chest pains is unspecified type: Dyspnea on exertion. So after experiencing the pain that l've been feeling for two months now I was recommended a treadmill echocardiogram stress test? Very disappointed with the outcome of my appointment today, I was expecting more...
