watch yourself if you want to use ladies restroom, they have broken blinds and toilet paper covering up the broken slats. Also I have told them 3 different times about the lock does not work, they said they would take care of it...........yeah right, each time I have gone still broken. Office has gone down hill in the last year, no NP's except one, where used to be at least 3-4 on staff....staff is changed every time I went when only a few weeks apart....I would have given it 0 star if I could have. I have been patient for over 10 years.....but not anymore, stay clear of this office......now bad, bad, bad.

This place has gone downhill in the last year. The last 4 appointments I made, I have had to wait anywhere from 30 minutes (when my appointment was the first of the day) to over an hour. The employees have a complete disregard for the patients' time. The receptionist is quite nasty, making comments like, "well, this IS a doctor's office." The office is also quite dirty and they allow patients to smoke in the outside area just beyond the vestibule, so the reception area smells of cigarettes. This place was recommended to me by another doctor who spoke highly of Dr. Katapadi, but in the almost three years as a patient, I have never met the man or seen him in this office even though he is listed as my physician.

Avoid this place like the plague. Literally all I needed was for them to fax over my cardiac clearance so I can have my surgery. Called on Monday, said they would get to it that day or tomorrow. Called on Thursday, asked what was going on and they said they were getting to it. It's now Friday, I've called multiple times. All times they say they'll get to it until I was finally left unanswered forced to leave a voicemail. My doctors office also tried to retrieve it and call and they were also told the same thing, that they were getting to it/they would do it. It hasn't been done. Hopefully I'll be able to get my surgery someday, but due to their inability to do the simplest thing I am now stuck waiting on them. I also go to school in bowling green so I can't really just pop in the office and get a hard copy. Don't waste your time here.

Always friendly staff usually not a long wait

The Nurse here is so rude and nasty. I have been complaining about the same issue for months now, and they refused to treat me. When I expressed my concerns about dying with the nurse, She was so rude and more concerned about me, threatening to sue them. She also hung up on me when I told her she was rude and I hope she would never have to go through what I was going through and have somebody treat her the way she was treating me.
