I like Dr Phillips he has always been upfront and direct in the care I have received from him. Ohio Health billing department not so much, earlier this year I was scheduled for a procedure to be preformed in his office. Before I scheduled this procedure I requested all my out of pocket expenses be disclosed. I was transferred to billing where I was told they would get back to me with all cost . A few days later I was contacted again and was given what they assured me was my total out of pocket expense. I agreed to the cost and scheduled the procedure. Three weeks later I received a bill for $137.00 stating it was unpaid from the procedure. I called and spoke to a Brittany in the billing department she told me me she would look in to it and get back to me. Two months later she has never called me back, I have left numerous messages at the number she gave me to reach her. The billing department continues to call my house and inform me I need to pay the bill. While speaking to one of the reps in the billing department I requested that Dr Phillips please call me about this situation. I have never herd from him either.
