For 18 yrs Dr. Ballou has been my Rheumatoligist . He began treating me for Dermatomyositis. Through the years he's been treating me for Rheumatoid Arthritis as well. I put ALL my faith and trust in him and have not been disappointed. I've such respect for him. No matter how busy he is, he'll respond as quickly as he can. Highly recommended!!!
Would rate 0 stars if I could. A get you in and out type of doctor who doesn't listen or ask meaningful questions, and will laugh at you during your appointment. The inaccuracies in his after visit notes are evidence of poor listening skills. My after summary notes not only contain a variety of errors, but include things we didn't even discuss in our less than 15 minute appointment.
Dr. Ballou is the best, I've been seeing him for my Lupus as well as my sister for years, Dr. Ballou is kind, caring and understanding. I have talked to family and friends and will recommend him. Thank you Dr. Ballou you are the best.
