Called on this number for help, got yelled at. Woman on a phone was so aggressive didn't even tried to hear me while i was talking

I was seen by Dr. Nour Yacoub the dermatology dept regarding hypopigmentation from a laser burn in October. She basically told me there was no hope of skin re-pigmentation and there was nothing she could or was willing to do to treat me. It was a complete and total waste of my time and money because I was sent a bill for $110, only to be told by a doctor to NOT hope for healing. Thanks the good Lord, I did not lose hope and my pigment is starting to return and I am healing beautifully. Moral of the story - Due your due diligence, have faith, and NEVER believe the report of a doctor who is completely wet behind the ears.

The Hospital bills separately from the provider. So a 15 minute visit to have a small bump biopsied (literally scraped off) cost 1300 out of pocket, with insurance. Hospital billed like 800 just for the room.... I'd look for a small private practice instead.

There's rude staff as nurses and some nurses are rude about the care of children and disrespectful to parents and children! I would never bring myself and my kids to this Hospital!!!! So they don't give food to parents when staying with your child. They also don't help with parking at all for parents with children. The parking lot is always packed and way to much money for parking!!!! I love southwest Hospital way better service and way better on parking.

Came for a blood drawing and the outpatient laboratory workers are just standing and gossiping when there is a long line of people is ridiculous
