Patient
I had during my recent visit to Urgent Care. When I arrived, an assistant asked me several questions and said that a specialist would join shortly. A few minutes later, Dr. Eisen entered the room without greeting me or introducing himself. His first words were, "Am I in the right room?" -- which made me uncomfortable. He then commented on my age, saying that he was expecting a 19-year-old patient and that no one in the room appeared that age. This was inappropriate and unprofessional. The assistant remained silent throughout the interaction. After realizing there had been a mix-up with my information, Dr. Eisen finally asked about my concern. However, during the conversation, I felt as though I was being interrogated rather than helped. His tone was condescending and dismissive, which made me feel disrespected as a patient.
