My sister and 72 year old mother drove across the country to see Stephen Ellis and after initial visit were told to get other test. They referred back to Dr. Ellis and have been on phone and clinic daily with no response for two weeks. My sister goes to ER daily due to throwing up and chest pain and still goes to Cleveland clinic hoping someone will see them or get back to them and nothing. Just had a valvuloplasty for mitral stenosis. Being pregnant had its own downside and was awake for the whole thing and everyone was there just in case. He was very kind to my son when we had a visit tues and helped me get in quickly to an appointment for Thursday even with the travel restrictions i had.
