Dr. Epstein is the finest doctor I have ever known. I really don't have the right words to express my deep gratitude for his excellent care. His staff is exceptional and so very kind. The day I first visited Dr. Epstein, I began to more deeply understand what "health care" really means.

Dr Epstein is knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. His experience and medical contacts ensure a broad range of care. You may have a wait in his office, but be assured that he will spend as much time with you as necessary. Very difficult to find a Primary Care Doc today that will provide the level of care that Dr Epstein provides. I highly recommend....

I have been a patient of Dr. Epstein for 30 years. Not only is he a gentleman, thorough, intelligent and diligent, he has saved my life about 3 times already. He conducts examinations and thorough lab work, and is expedient in recommending treatments and tests. For those who have published critical reviews, it seems bull rushing paperwork may not be his specialty. In the field of medicine, you can't be wrong. I want him to take his time and be thorough, and he has always come through for me.

I began seeing Dr. Epstein in February 2017 after being referred to him by a very close family friend who worked at Southwest General Hospital for 25+ years. I had been with my previous primary care doctor for nearly 3 years and the family friend knew I was extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with him; you would think that after 2+ years of him treating me, he would know my health well enough to have my best interests at heart, but that was absolutely NOT the case. Long story short, I had to use his office's online medical records website to find out that I had a vitamin D and B12 deficiency (the previous doctor is/was with Premier Physicians @ Lutheran hospital). How sad that 4 months went by after having blood work done and I asked about the results repeatedly but he kept blowing me off. Only until I viewed my chart online did I finally see my results but, I digress. Dr. Epstein on the other hand is just hands-down the most gentle, thorough and helpful doctor that I have ever encountered in my 36 years! I have only one itty bitty, tiny "complaint" and that is the fact that he is almost always running behind schedule so I have always had a decent wait out in the waiting room. BUT GUESS WHAT?? That only means that he is giving EVERY one of his patients the exact same amazing care that he gives to me, and THAT makes it well worth it!! Also, Dr. Epstein's secretary, Jessie, is a true gem. She goes out of her way to get medication refills called in very swiftly, does a wonderful job at coordinating your care with other specialists that the doctor refers you to, relays messages to the doctor quicker than any other medical practice I've ever seen and overall, Jessie and Dr. Epstein are a dynamic duo that make you feel important, valued and thoroughly cared for! If you're in need of a physician that has an EXCELLENT bedside manner AND is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time with you, this is the man you want treating you. In a perfect world, I'd want him to be my future children's doctor, their children's doctor and so on! Thank you, Dr. Epstein, for being an impeccable doctor!
