My husband was his patient and he told us before releasing him that all his symptoms and all his problems such as great weigh loss double vision seeing spots passing out extreme head aches and his severe pain and pressure behind his hurt eye from work injury . The doctor had explained to use that it was all due to his eye injury but he never put it in excuse he said he would get ready or in my husbands records so are family has been without worker compensation for years I think this is so wrong how the doctor can't make it write by doing what he said for us my husbands name is Arthur Fraley doctor please make it right
