My mom was admitted December 19th 2024 for serious medical concerns. once at the hospital she was diagnosed with a viral infection and placed on a machine to help clear her lungs. Family was informed in the trauma room that a mask was a requirement while in the room with the patient. She was admitted and placed under the care of 2 North a progressive ICU unit. Her transport team did not wear any form of PPE during the move and the family was not informed of any PPE protocol once on the ward. The patient was then forgotten about as far as any dietary needs denied her medications and treated with less then appropriate respect She was accused by the charge nurse of being disrespectful towards her care team she was mistreated by the nurses in charge of her bedside care. Multiple alarms from monitoring devices were ignored or acknowledged long after being reported. Multiple CDC HIPPA and Medical malpractice violations have been recorded. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE AND IF YOU HAVE TO RECORD EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS WITH REGARD TO THEIR CARE

This is the best hospital I have had to stay in!! They actually care about you and wanna make sure you are getting the right medicine so you can get better faster and stay better!! They had the best team of nurses on the 3rd floor and on the 4th floor!!! Thank you to all the doctors and nurses that helped me get the care I needed and thanks for treating me so good while you did it!!!!

My dad had 1 appt. at this location and paid his bill. 3 months later still disputing a 2nd bill with dates prior to his appt. showing the Washington Court house loc AND a different customer # attached to his name! Had been escalated to a supv supposedly, now a 4th bill (and my 4th call to dispute)and headed to collections?? Really? C'mon Adena billing get it together!!!

Absolute worst hospital in the state their bedside manner is terrible. They treat people inhumane. They ignore recommendations from their colleagues to get patients better would almost recommend you doing surgery on your own self before going there.

They have improved over the last time we were there but they still need some work.
