I get my generic Xarelto from a Canadian Pharmacy. I got a refill from an intern that Dr. Paulowski had working with him. He signed it incorrectly and the Pharmacy wouldn't accept it. I've called and left messages for Dr. P's assistant/nurse 4 times this week stating the problem with the prescription. I have not yet received a phone call back or sent a new prescription. How long can it take to write a new script and fax or email it? This is ridiculous. Dr. P and Dr. K are both good Docs but the support help is questionable. Not a good look for a business that works with heart patients.
