My dad is going to die bc they can't get a fax through

I swear the woman that answered the phone was acting more incompetent then she actually was. I am so frustrated dealing with them calling the wrong number to reach me not calling back no answers. I'm now going to have to call 911 for my mother. If I could give them a o star I would.

Stay far away from this place. I had cardiac testing done May 2022 and never received follow up care or even a call about my test results. I had to call them June 2023, to once again request results from testing due to having surgery. I wanted to make sure the testing was normal. A Nurse practitioner was supposed to call me back and never did. The original physician who I saw never even physically examined me, never listened to my heart. He retired right after my tests were performed, and never followed up. I recently went in and requested my test results due to still having excessive heart palpitations, and they only gave me partial results. I had to have my primary care physician get my results and continue my care. He ended up consulting another cardiologist, and placing me on medication to help with my issue. This place is very Negligent and borders on malpractice. I'm sure if this is how I was treated, they do it to many. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

The doctors here actually deserve a 5 star rating, but the office is VERY POORLY managed. Wait times are ridiculous!! The support staff cannot be bothered to call you back, and IF they do call you back, it may be a week later. They're rude, condescending attitudes deserve a 1 star rating or less.

While the doctors in the practice have been excellent and kind, the office staff is horrendous. It takes DAYS to schedule a damn appointment because no one bothers to return your call. I've never experienced such a terrible medical office staff!
