Patient
Have been with this practice since 2007. Today I walked in at 7:42 what I thought was 3 min early for a 7:45 appointment. They said I was 12 min late and I would need to reschedule. Hmm.. not even a 15 min grace period for a patient of 14 years. Not even an offer to fit me in until I asked if she could check because truly I would not schedule an appointment this early to be late. I could have chosen a later time if I knew myself to be untimely. No fitting me in, just an unapologetic "you need reschedule". I guess this is why people choose OSU when they need good cardiology customer/patient services. I guess I will choose OSU now too. Disappointing to say the least
