I went to the UH Broadview Heights Hospital because I had an appointment with my neurologist. The Hospital I would guess is a new facility or one that has undergone an extensive facelift but I was impressed with the Hospitals appearance. My neurologist say I need more testing which I will do to find out what is wrong. Dr.Garret is a very caring neurologist.

I am traveling across country, finding out along the way I needed to get a second ct scan of my lung as soon as possible. Our destination is San Diego and not knowing any pulmonologist out there it took quite awhile for me to find anyone who was under my insurance and willing to see me in a timely manner. When I found a physician, they insisted I send them my scan . It it weren't for Marianne in the records department, I would still be trying to get everything sent properly. She went out of her way( it took her two days) to send what exactly they needed to the right department. She showed so much care and dedication to her job, she'll never know how much it meant to me.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and inconvenience caused by the cancellation of my CAT scan appointment with contrast scheduled for today, July 5, 2024, at 9:45 am. I was informed that the cancellation was due to the absence of the attending physician, who decided to extend their holiday and not show up for work. As a patient, I rely on timely and efficient medical services, particularly for essential diagnostic procedures like a CAT scan. The cancellation of my appointment has not only caused me significant inconvenience but also raised concerns about the continuity and quality of my care. I had arranged my schedule to attend this appointment, taking time off work and making necessary preparations, including following the specific instructions required for a CAT scan with contrast. The abrupt cancellation has resulted in wasted time, effort, and added stress, which could have been avoided with better planning and communication on the part of the hospital/clinic. Patients must receive reliable and consistent medical care without being subjected to unnecessary delays and inconveniences.

I've never been treated so poorly at a healthcare facility before. I called ahead to ask if they did sports physicals, as my son needed one for school. I was told yes, and upon arrival the lady who received us was super rude on top of telling me that they only take cash for sports physicals in the amount of $50, of which I was more than $20 short due to the fact that I was not told this over the phone. They would not perform his physical until they had the money because I had asked if they could do the physical while I went to withdraw the rest of the money and was told no, making me miss a second appointment I had scheduled on that day. Not even a month later, my son & I return to ask the doctor who did his sports physical to sign off on his work permit. We were told she would be in on Friday of that week & to come back then. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if it was something she could do, as I didn't want to waste my time like the first time. The young lady at the desk said yes. I return to this location, yet again, and waited for 15 minutes while this doctor signed off and then WHITED OUT her signature on my sons work permit, stating that she did a sports physical, not a regular physical, & he'd have to have another one done for the permit. WHY WASN'T THIS TOLD TO ME THE FIRST TWO TIMES I WENT FOR THIS PURPOSE??? I was inconvenienced several times, without apology, & still did not receive the care we were looking for. If I performed my job as inadequately as these people, I would be fired. Their extreme lack of common decency is appalling.

Worst ever. 10 mins late because of terrible signs on the campus and no help with directions inside. Then punished with "maybe we will be able to take you. You are welcome to wait and we'll see". Clearly they were already behind with imaging because the person ahead of me had to wait 15 mins. Poor, poor patient service. 10 mins, give me a break.
