Southwoods Cardiology - Boardman

Went to ask a question, the receptionist looked up, ignored me, and continued to do stuff on her purple cell phone. When the other receptionist arrived and asked me to see the first, I felt like I was interrupting her. She did answer my questions, but it was not a nice first impression of the office .

A suggestion to Southwoods business training and development team. In my recent experience with your scheduling team, it appears implementing in a customer service training program may be beneficial for your customers experience and those providing customer service. Because of my experience, I made the choice not to book an appointment. I will stick with University Hospitals options. Arrogance and a condescending approach has become the norm. It's unfortunate Southwoods couldn't be the exception to that.

I had a wonderful experience at this doctor's office. It actually made my whole day better. The staff was so kind and attentive!! Everyone wore a smile and each step of the appointment was done quickly and thoroughly. A++++++++++++++++++

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Office never answers the phone, and more importantly: low quality doctors who do not care any more than to follow standard procedures and get paid.

I have been trying to reach the Dr for 2 days now, cannot get a call back, the Cleveland Clinic has tried to reach them, no luck, and my husbands PCP called and sent a message , and no response. NOT HAPPY.
