A loved one of mine was neglected while inpatient for a total span of 3-4 weeks. The bedsheets, sink, and bathroom trash can were covered in feces. Their bathroom trash can was full of soiled personal care wipes with no bag in the can. The bedpan was washed in the bathroom sink where patients, families, and staff should be able to wash their hands. They were ignored consistently, left to soil themselves on more than one occasion, were not being repositioned or pulled up in bed to ensure that their bedsore could heal, and just not well monitored whatsoever. Thankfully my loved one was able to communicate this with family so that arrangements could be made for them to be transferred elsewhere, but I could only imagine someone who can't communicate or doesn't have anyone coming to visit them. For a group of "professionals" who make a decent salary, it would seem ensuring patients are safe with clean rooms and proper sanitation is beneath them. If I could give zero stars, I would, and at this rate they're running a high risk for medical malpractice claims against them. These disgusting conditions are exactly how people in compromised positions wind up with sepsis or other diseases that common sense would have likely prevented. If for some reason you can't have your loved one placed elsewhere and they're stuck here, highly recommend unscheduled and unannounced visits to truly see how they're being treated that way these people can't make a hurried attempt to conceal it ahead of time.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with exceptional care and kindness. Dr. Dann went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, and Carley from the nursing staff was an absolute gem. Every person we encountered, from the kind lady who guided us to the front desk to the amazing team in same-day surgery, made us feel comfortable and well-cared for.
The level of care we received at Soin Medical Center is far superior to any care we've experienced in Cincinnati. My wife, who is a nurse, my sister, and I were all completely blown away by the compassion, efficiency, and thoroughness of everyone involved. If you want top-notch care in a facility that truly cares about its patients, Soin Medical Center is the place to go!

I wanted to say thank you to Carlos, my nurse on the 4th floor. 4403 was my room, I just want to make sure this gets to him. He was so kind to me when I was freaking out over a discovery on my lungs. He wasn't just doing his job, he went above and beyond and actually came so quick anytime I called for assistance. Also the doctor and pulmonologist were amazing I can't remember their names, but also so kind. I do dislike how they take blood so many times over and over instead of using the IV, only because I'm a hard stick BUT still 5 stars. I hope Carlos sees this. Thank you
