Dr. Keith L. Kruithoff, MD

Dr. Kruithoff is very knowledgeable and honest. He tells you what it is and not what you want to hear, I appreciate that. He definitely saved my husband's life. He has a kindness, a sense of humor and we are forever grateful to him. I pray he gave us many more years.

Seen this Dr one time in the emergency room at a small hospital in Michigan. Guy was the worst, unkind, condescending, egotistical Drs I've ever had to see. He's the literal definition of a "schmuck." I'll never forget the smirks and "ughs" this guy gave me as I described what I was going through. At the time I was scared, anxious, in fear and he offered no sympathy. Instead his disbelief of what I was saying left me even more worried after I left. Do not see this doctor if you want true help. He will not offer it to you.

My tests came back just fine, and Dr. Kruithoff was going to leave it at that. He asked no questions about lifestyle nor any other probing questions that would explain my symptoms. All he suggested was a followup appointment to look at the same thing that came out fine. He was arrogant and rude, talked down to me, and he insulted me directly. I am unsure about his medical knowledge because he showed no interest in probing deeper than he had.

(Mentor Office) Terrible experience, acted like they didn't understand what a pre authorization was. Then they could not seem to receive a fax 5 different times, from three different places. Staff was very uncooperative. Staff could not deliver a simple message without getting it all twisted and wrong. Made me wait for months because of there mixups.
