Cleveland Clinic - Richard E. Jacobs Health Center

Took my daughter up to see her surgeon on an immediate consultation request by him. The area of Avon is just so clean and beautiful. Most everything is new, it's booming up there. Got there early and dropped her at the front door. The parking looked like a nightmare, so I went sightseeing until she called when done. Cleveland Clinic won't be outdone, medically speaking, I'm certain of this. But the parking needs to be addressed.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr.ching-Feng lai at the Cleveland Clinic. He performed my father's hernia surgery, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Dr. Lai is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon but also a compassionate and patient doctor who truly cares about his patients. He took the time to explain every detail of the surgery, answered all of our questions with kindness, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. His professionalism, knowledge, and reassuring manner gave us complete trust in his care. On the day of surgery, his calm and caring approach put my father at ease, and the procedure went perfectly. The recovery process has been smooth, and I know it is a reflection of Dr.lai's expertise and dedication. What really stood out to us is that he treats his patients like family. He listens, he cares, and he goes above and beyond to ensure the best outcome possible. Doctors like him are rare, and we feel so blessed to have had him as my father's surgeon. If you are looking for an outstanding surgeon who combines exceptional skill with genuine compassion, Dr.Lai is the one you want by your side. We will forever be grateful to him and the entire Cleveland Clinic team for the excellent care my dad received.

Physicians offices, lab, radiology x pharmacy all in one building. Clean, andicap accessible, efficient system. May have to schedule appointments further away in time as many providers are very booked. There is usually a cancelation list though.

I wish to take a moment to thank the ER group at Cleveland Clinic in Avon for my treatment today. They were very busy but I was given undivided attention, they listened to my symptoms and came up with a plan for my treatment. Thank you to the entire staff for my care. You folks always get it right. ALWAYS.

Super friendly people only bad is you may have to valet or walk about 80 yes to building large parking area but fills up fast
