For a truly unpleasant experience, go to this provider. The nurse that summons you from the waiting room couldn't muster a hello or even fake a smile. I would have mentioned that to CNP Nagel but she was no better. Also, I was billed $340 for a 60 minute new patient slot, yet she only spent 21 minutes with me. I had more questions but I sure didn't feel welcome to ask them.
