My husband is very satisfied with Dr Rea! I've tried 3 times to make a new patient appointment and it is impossible. Left msg and won't return my call. I've called back 2 more times and when I mention I need a new patient appointment, I'm put on hold and the call is ended. Will find a cardiologist at U/H.

Dr. Rea successfully removed large clots out of my pulmonary arteries after an extensive pulmonary embolism. I was able to go home the next day feeling significantly better with a well communicated plan of action. Summa health and hospital were fantastic and I am forever indebted. Excellent communicator and physician.
Dr. Rea is very attentive to my concerns. I usually have questions and he addresses every one of them. He explains the meaning of lab results in terms I understand. I'm doing very well after having a heart attack several years. And I can proudly say, because of Dr. Rea and his staff, I am still here.
