The staff at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. They seem like they don't want to help you at all. My point of this review goes toward the non-English speakers. Just because someone doesn't speak English doesn't mean it's okay for them to leave someone with a note (which they couldn't read) and make them wait for hours. That doesn't fix the issue at all and it's not okay. I hope you guys choose your front desk staff's wisely or put someone up there that actually cares to help people, whether that be non-English speakers or anybody.
