He refused to fill out a paper to verify that my mom is a heart patient. He was her doctor when she had a heart attack years ago. Zing Health may cancel her if this is not handled. They even said this is unacceptable.They claimed to have faxed the paper to him to have him fill it out. The situation is still pending. He is actually in Zing Health network. Go figure. She is 97 and has been bedridden for 6 1/2 years. She is loved and cared for at home. That is why she made it out of hospice care twice and is stable. Does she not deserve the same consideration as a 50 year old? He would not even see her claiming they aren't accepting new patients.Well she is an old one. How cruel and callous! Anyone can push drugs. It takes someone that HAS a heart to care.
