So disappointing. Dr Shimony changed roles at Mt Sinai and just left his patients with zero support or communication of the changes. Even his Mt Sinai email account - used for messages from patients - remains unmonitored, so repeated requests and questions (and even requests for prescription refills) were just totally ignored, without even an automated response letting patients know that he's gone. Incredibly unprofessional behaviour from a Cardiologist.

Dr. Shimony and Dr. Soffer saved my life! After a stress test they urged immediate heart surgery. I didn't know it but I was dying but now nearly a year after their surgery, I'm 95% better than I was a year ago. Thank you for saving my life and I'm sure the lives of many others!
