Was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Very impressed on how clean the entire place was and the staff was extremely friendly. I went in unable to breathe well the doctor was extremely thorough. He put me on a nebulizer machine and gave me some prescriptions I felt a lot better when I left. He also gave me a script to come back to have a chest x-ray he wanted to make sure he didn't miss anything, which I did the next day and it ended up being pneumonia as he thought. I would highly recommend this urgent care and this provider.

An urgent care never felt so scammy. Went here instead of AlbanyMed across the street bc this was open on a Saturday. Front desk staff told me it would be $100 toward my deductible. I asked if it was a copay, she just repeated "towards your deductible." So I asked if she's charging me $100 and she repeated "towards your deductible." Sidestepping her rudeness, I said "im sorry, I hear the words you're saying, but i'm confused because I've never had a co-pay at an urgent care under this insurance." She insisted that it would cost me $100 to be seen, which alone is an absurd price for a doc visit--it's not even a dentist or specialist! She offered no explanation or effort to fix the error, so I left and drove to the farther Albany Med. I double checked there that it was indeed a $0 cost to me for an urgent care visit. Huge red flags here at Priority1, theyre taking advantage of sick folks trying to get better. Shameful.

Excellent service from the receptionist to the nurse and to the doctor. Even though I had an appointment and had a little bit of a wait, it was worth it. Dr. listened to my concerns and discussed every one. Meds were sent immediately to the pharmacy. Today two days later, I got a follow up call asking how I was. I recommend this urgent care 100%. Being from Florida, I didn't know where to go, and this was my niece's recommendation as they have been there too. Thank you Priority 1 staff!

I had a scheduled appointment at a different urgent care and upon arrival I was advised there was no provider there that day and that I can go down the road to the closest urgent care. I did so, that next urgent care told me their X-ray tech was not in that day, but the woman guaranteed me one of their sister urgent cares does. This was my second strike and I wasn't going for a third. I googled "urgent care with X-ray" and Priority 1 Urgent was the first one listed and with great reviews and an X-ray review I noticed right away. It was 5:05 and there was a 5:30 appointment slot available and I took it. The front desk associate was so nice and friendly. There was a family ahead of me, but the wait was not long whatsoever. Maybe ten minutes tops. The nurse that took my vitals was kind and made it a light felt visit (I was there due to injuring my wrist) and he just made sure I had a comfortable visit. Then the doctor saw me a few mins later, took some notes down about what happened to me and took me to get X-rays right away. The doctor brought me back to my room, she had other patients of course, but again I did not wait long at all for her to come back in with what she saw in my X-rays and to put a splint on me. I felt defeated from my first two attempts, but going to Priority 1 was a breath of fresh air, no stress, and I would recommend it to everyone. I even got a check up call/voicemail letting me know if I had any questions that I could call. Thank you to the 3 people that helped me, it was the best experience in an urgent care I've ever had.

Had a very positive experience. Got in quickly (was actually able to make an appointment) and both the nurse and doctor were very thorough, kind and clear about the diagnosis and treatment.
