Unless you're dying, don't bother. Even then, still weigh you're other options. This place is a complete joke, and will charge you out the rear. They might help you live longer, but you'll choke on that until you actually do die. And if you're a woman, HAHA, good luck being taken seriously. This place is a lawsuit WAITING to happen. I was charged over $1000.00 just for freaking ibuprofen administration. Robbery. Also, my symptoms are apparently made up. I went to Sydney and turns out I have MS. CHI didn't even try to help me.

ER room misdiagnosed my baby , rushed us out of there with a diagnosis without any testing , told me to see a pediatrician, i am over feeding the baby . They said oh is that milk on her face well your over feeding her and it just looks like a seizure but it's not .
Well a pediatrician In watford city (I was afraid to get the run around or not being heard )
Left Williston to see someone that didn't work in Williston )
When life and death are a concern , how would you feel if someone you care for and love so much was given the run around and told you to make an appointment - This is an ER ROOM , why would someone be in an ER room sad and telling them to take you seriously and hurry up , guess they cant understand that. make an appointment and hopefully get in within a few days when someone is having seizures and possibly more such as infection ? This place is a hazard to your health it's extrmely unprofessional and slow minded.
it is very slow and outdated waited almost an hour and I complained about the baby having seizures and that something is wrong , diagnosed without any testing and said to go make a regular appointment your over feeding the baby, check up with a pediatrician .
Pediatrician in Watford city
sent us to Fargo Stanford hospitsl to see a-neurologist for for seizures and further testing...
nurse was rude to me in Williston ER room and didn't take me seriously and told me to calm down I'm a new mom it's probably nothing . and got mad at me for cussing infront other patients , I guess I have to be a nice normal person like I'm ordering a cheeseburger at McDonald's ? I cant be worried an sad and show any emotions ?
told me to stop acting like a spoiled brat , it's because they are slow there and don't take you seriously , she said it's probably nothing the movements could be normal, and then asked my Dad if I dropped the baby my Dad was upset with them too rhey acted annoyed and said see a pediatrician and told us not to come back to the ER room unless severe Breathing difficulty ..........it was very obvious the siezures i even showed videos , the lack of testing or care and telling me it looks like a seizure but it's not , it definently was seizures baby was sent to a neeologist in Fargo , why couldn't Williston refer you to a place that can help you? See a pediatrician for siezures and iyhrt tests to see wats all going on like it's a regular day checkup , why can't the healthcare workers have the capacity to think or make good decisions or give a damn about you? Where is the love and care ?

Edit to add: PLEASE keep Doctor Brown! He's definitely someone who has passion for his patients and I think he could really turn things around at this hospital so we don't have more reviews like this one from 2 months ago...
I would risk bleeding out and dying than go back to this hospital again. This is the worse hospital I've ever been too.
The head nurse was too busy smack talking to help me. And I honestly I don't know why Matthew K is a nurse when his attitude would be better off treating the dead than the living.... Please do something else, anything else because you're not helping anyone. I tried contacting patient advocates to get help but I was denied twice and said I'd be given a card but nothing ever happened.

I was in CHI Saint Alexis ER in the afternoon of July 28 or a possible broken wrist they confirmed that I had a broken wrist and they told me that I had to go see a specialist up in Minot. The specialist looked at my wrist on August 7 and they confirmed that it is not broke. It is severely sprained. Do not trust any of the doctors from CHI Saint Alexis Hospital ER at all. They do not know what the hell they're talking about when it comes to a broken bone at all. Thank you for wasting my time CHI Saint Alexis ER department!

Considering this hospital has a 2 star rating, what I have to say is probably nothing new. However, I've been around medical professionals my entire life and my experience in this emergency room was UNREAL. I was left in the ER with no call light for hours at a time. Only time I got care or updates was when I yelled for help. The radiology tech had zero bedside manner, I made it very clear I was in a lot of pain and he was very dismissive and handled me extremely rough. One of the nurses I had went to inject me with something without even telling me what she was giving me. When I asked her, she gave me major attitude. I was given zero follow up plans except to take Tylenol and Motrin for the pain. I literally could not stand on my own and wasn't offered crutches, wheelchair, or any help until I asked for crutches. I saw my doctor for a total of 5 minutes and asked her what I'm supposed to do next and she said "what do you think you should do?". Luckily I was able to get in to see a specialist without a referral, out of state, and they could not believe that I wasn't given follow up plans. This hospital is seriously one bad move away from a huge lawsuit. I have never heard a good word about them and I can see why. If you are able to, go to Sidney, minot, or ANYWHERE but here. The only reason this hospital is still open is because people don't have other options. CHI... DO BETTER.
