They are always welcoming, know who I am and are genuinely concerned. Lab and X-ray are very knowledgeable in their role. My only negative was waiting in line to check in or out. Now checking in on my phone is a breeze.

Horrible place felt like they didn't listen to me at all, came in with multiple symptoms for over a week. Asked me if I was only there needing a doctor's note for work (I never even asked for one nor did I need it) then they sent me home without doing any tests with the suggestion to take OTC medicine as if I haven't been for a week and it wasn't helping. Do not come here if u are sick, they don't care they won't help and they'll treat you like you don't matter.

My primary care physician is at this clinic. I've also had to go in for blood work, blood pressure checks, flu shots orientations, etc. The wait time is almost always under 10 minutes and the people here are always very nice. Any bad reviews from here are probably due to special circumstances. I've been going to this clinic for over 6 years and never had a problem.

I'm just going to be honest....this is the worst walk in clinic I have ever been too. I checked my temp 3 times before I left the house and it was over 100. The lady ran the thermometer over my hair and stopped it behind my ear on my mask strap and said it was normal. The doctor weirded me out. Everyone seemed irritated they had to deal with me and I really just felt terrible and wanted to go home. They sent me home without a letter for my employer and then wanted me to drive back to pick it up. I will say they were fast and I didnt have to wait in the waiting room, however the doctor was shaking her leg and rolling her eyes when i was trying to tell her about the prescription meds i was already on. I was struggling to to even talk because my throat hurt so bad. Overall it wasnt a good experience and I will never be going back here.

For years my family has preferred Essentia over all others for many reasons. This was the first bad experience i have ever had with them. My ex tested positive at home for covid. He asked for a ride here because he was in no condition to drive. He told the receptionist that he needed a covid test and she said "I'm sorry, we no longer do walk in covid tests. You must schedule them online." Seeog the confused and feverish look on his face, i intervened and said, "he needs to see a doctor because he is sick." "Well i can't give you medical advice," the receptionist snapped at us. She took him straight to the back and i sat in the waiting room. Later, the receptionist and another female employee gossiped loudly about him behind the counter, expressing their disdain with my ex for walking in when "all he wanted was a covid test." But he he was visibly ill! I felt uncomfortable, and then angry. This location needs to fire their support staff and hire more sensitive and caring people in their place .
