A typical incompetent product of Trinity Health. Awful, poorly trained staff who snap and chew gum while they are talking on the phone, and they pass the buck on everything. I get the same prescription each year for my heart condition, and every year I get the same run-around: "oh, you need an appt, but the first we have is three (3) months away." In the meantime, I guess I'll just sit here dying without my meds.
